We are approaching the end of April 2021 – and the end of National Stress Awareness Month so if seems like a good time to reflect on how you feel.
Clearly Covid 19 has impacted everybody’s lives in some way or other and we’ve all had to face up to changing life patterns and different ways of being and working.
There are some great stress awareness resources out there and Mind have a particularly helpful page here… looking at what stress is and identifying support mechanisms and ways to help.
