Meet Our Tutor

Dave Allan is the main tutor delivering BIAT for us. Dave says….

“I have over 30 years’ experience of helping drive continuous improvement within organisations and have a proven track record of developing and implementing effective quality assurance systems and processes, for organisations of all size and sectors, to help them achieve their business objectives through the development of their people.
During my many years as an Operations Director and Managing Director, I was responsible for managing the delivery of major national Quality Standards, including Investors in People, matrix, Customer Service Excellence, Lexcel and Merlin.
In my current role as a self-employed Consultant and tutor for the BIAT Programme, I work with Senior Managers in the Voluntary and Community sector helping them review their existing systems, processes and procedures, check their effectiveness and look at ways where improvements could be made to ensure they deliver a high-quality service by embedding good business practices.”
