Your Consortium is made up of a dynamic ‘family’ of organisations with a wide range of different core activities, community focus and specialist skills.

The number of members delivering on programmes changes over time and it would be impossible to outline all of our partners at any one time.
We aim to highlight a particular partner once a quarter and this time round we’ve picked SESKU Academy in Wakefield.
Talent Match is a national programme funded by the Big Lottery Fund and managed in the Leeds City Region by Your Consortium. It aims to offer flexible support to young people across the area, helping them to secure employment and a range of life skills.  Click here to visit the our Talent Match project page.

SESKU Academy is based in the South East district of Wakefield.  They have been a keyworker organisation on Talent Match since the beginning of the programme and have had a profound effect on a number of young people in the area.
We recently interviewed Lewis and Jack – two recent participants on the programme – and Adam who manages SESKU and asked them to outline their experiences.  Please click here to see the video.
