Your Consortium is made up of a dynamic ‘family’ of organisations with a wide range of different core activities, community focus and specialist skills.

The number of members delivering on programmes changes over time and it would be impossible to outline all of our partners at any one time.
We aim to highlight a particular partner once a quarter and this time round we’ve picked Veterans Woodcraft based in Richmond.
Project – ESF Community Grants
ESF Community Grants are part of the European Social Fund (ESF) programme and the aim of the fund is to help unemployed people progress towards employment through access to learning and training opportunities.
Funded activities are aimed at unemployed individuals aged 18 years and over from the hardest to reach communities.

Veterans Wood Craft is a not for profit company set up by Armed Forces veterans to help other veterans rebuild their lives, after traumatic experiences through military service, by promoting products they have created, mainly with wood.  The organisation runs a range of sessions at its base and also offers training support to other community ventures.
They have recently undertaken their own ESF Community Grants programme and worked in partnership with Claro Enterprises in Starbeck – offering practical skills workshops and support to clients with mental health challenges gain confidence, improve social connections and gain work skills.
