About the roles  

We are currently recruiting two roles as part of our Action Towards Inclusion team, which is funded by the National Lottery Community Fund and the European Social Fund. Both opportunities will play an important role supporting the project with a range of coordination responsibilities and partner support activities. The roles includes: 

Finance and Audit Coordinator  Supporting a caseload of partner organisations to submit timely, accurate and compliant financial claims to evidence their monthly expenditure on the programme and undertake audits of past claims. 

Salary: £20,157 – £22,278 

Job Type: Full time, permanent  

Learning and Quality Coordinator – Supporting a caseload of partner organisations to effectively evidence participant eligibility and to capture the unique journeys of each participant through written records, feedback forms and multimedia case studies.  

Salary: £20,157 – £22,278

We are currently working fully remotely and will provide you with equipment, training and support to enable this. There are plans to return to our office base in Knaresborough in the future, so candidates must be able to travel to this location.   

About you

For both roles we are looking for people who care deeply about making a difference within our communities and believe in the power of human potential. You will be a quick and enthusiastic learner and will respond well to feedback from your line manager that will support your continued growth and development.  

Finance and Audit Coordinator applicants will have strong numeracy skills and an exceptional eye for detail. You will embrace the challenge of learning the programme rules and requirements and respond well to a structured and deadline-focused environment.   

Learning and Quality Coordinator applicants will have passion for understanding the experience of participants and how this programme supports people to transform their lives. You will be a creative thinker with an interest in capturing progress and achievement.  

Both roles will include a comprehensive induction and training programme so prior experience in this field is not required.
